This happened in Kelowna, B.C. We were approched by Chris Johnson, the investment sales manager for Food Steps International, about an investment opportuntity headed up by IAN TOWES. We invested $10,000. at .25 per share and that was the last time we saw or heard anything about our investment. This was in 2006. Countless phone calls, emails ect. to no avail. To find out after they were engaged in law suites over their product. From what I can see MR. TOWES does this alot. Including VAMPT his newest creation. Exact same MO in getting investers. WATCH OUT FOR MR. IAN TOWES. He should get the award for SCAM ARTIST of the decade. Never getting beyond the investment part and always leaving investers high and dry with lighter pockets. IAN TOWES is and artist in starting companies and sucking the investers dry and having nothing to show for it. You will be given this deal as a friend or family member and once you sign this waiver you give up all rights to sue. They give you no time to make an informed decision and then once you sign you loss your money. STAY AWAY FROM IAN TOWES AND CHRIS JOHNSON. They know what their doing and play the game slick as butter. Nothing sticks to this guys not even your money, they no how to spend it as soon as they get it, its gone. They don't have to account for it their your friend so trust them (BULL)

| Can you be more specific on the situation, and why you cannot get a hold of Ian. What happened with the new company or investment? I am an investor in Vampt and would like some more information. Thanks. |

| I do believe Ian has and is scamming people. I too invested in Food Steps Int and have felt totally taken by Mr. Toews himself as he would avoid answering questions about the companies progress and what he is doing to move the company forward. The good news...Food Steps Int will be successful (no thanks to Ian) due to a group of good people who have dedicated their time to making this co. work! Thanks to those who I am referring to...you know who you are! |

| Yup wish we'd seen this before we got sucked into the Vampt con game. Same MO. Lots of hype even had a letter from Wahlberg saying he had lots of shares and investing as well. Know lots of people taken for lots of money. Same problem took the money, no shares, to answer to emails nothing. Lost $20K!!! People stay clear from this snake in the grass, smooth talking con artist. |

| Well Sas, your situation is identical to mine. I invested as well, and haven't heard a thing. No Share certificates were ever issued. Do you know how many people are in the same situation with the Vampt investments. Have you heard if there have been any actions taken by the investors? Is there any type of investigation going on with this? |
