I filled out a form requesting information about this home business opportunity. They rang me back, told me what i would need to do and how much it cost. There were 3 packages available .The dearer the package the more money you made per new referral. I signed up with my credit card over the phone. I was advised to take an extra service of a search engine blast at the cost of $995 to help get my business up and going. I was reluctant. I asked if I would get my money back , including this fee, if my business was not successful. I was told "yes" A few days into the business I realised that this was not going to work so I politely rang them and asked for a refund ( also emailed them). I was then told that I HAD to stay with them for 90 days before I could get a refund. 90 days passed, I had advertised my sites (only discovered that this was also a stipulation after I asked to access my terms and conditions...not made common knowledge). I tried numerous times to contact them to arrange cancellation. Eventually I was in contact with a manager of customer support (Jade) who reluctantly agreed to refund my money but said it would take 15 business days to get the refund. 15 business days passed and I rang and rang again. I was told by a man in customer support that my refund had been processed. I asked for what amount . He told me it was for the amount of $472 (called the setup fee). I explained that I had been told that I would get the $995 search engine blast fee back too...he said he could not comment as he didn't know the details. I asked if I should speak with Jade and he said "yes" I then tried more than 5 times to contact Jade and left a message each time. she never returned any of my calls. I contacted customer support again the following day. This time a girl said my refund had been done "today" but it would take 15 days for it to be processed. She said I was not entitled to get the money back for the search engine blast. I told her that when I signed up and agreed to the search engine blast that it was done on the understanding that I would get this money back if my business did not make any money. She said she could not say why the man that signed me up would say that.

I explained that I had already cancelled my account with Jade 15 business days earlier so why did I have to wait another 15 days? She said she did not know why as it was not her department and she couldn't do anything about it. I am still waiting to get ANY money back. Also, when my account was closed, my website was immediately taken down (fair enough) but that also meant that all the contact details, terms&conditions, emails, etc were taken down too, so there goes a heap of evidence. Very sly. very scheming, very calculated, scam !!
