Indigo Platinum Marketing System is a scam! Failure to produce traffic as promised. Failure to refund

I paid for the "gold" level of http://indigomarketing.com and they have failed miserably to produce what they promised. This is their Guarantee:

The Indigo Marketing System provides it's users with a satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee is based upon 'Results' with either the Indigo Gold or Indigo Platinum Marketing System. 'Results' is defined as receiving traffic and/or web visitors to the desired website(s) or webpage(s). 'Results' does not guarantee sales. We cannot guarantee that you will earn commissions or make money with using your Indigo Marketing System. There are many factors that contribute towards making money with your affiliate program that are outside of our control. This includes the conversion factor, how strong and powerful your sales page message is and the marketability of your affiliate program or product. We cannot predict or control whether or not your affiliate program or product marketed using the Indigo System will sell or not due to these outside forces. Therefore, we cannot guarantee sales, only traffic. Upon receiving a dispute or request for refund we will verify if traffic has been received by your Indigo Marketing System. If no traffic has been received we will either issue an immediate refund or attempt to resolve your dispute by providing additional traffic and or marketing services. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if you have received traffic to your Indigo Marketing System promoted website(s). Any chargebacks will be considered to be illegal activity and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, which may include turning your account over to an outside agency for collection.

I have sent five messages to admin and have yet to hear from anyone but a Zach R who has said I have received traffic when I know it's not true. All I want is my money back
