I booked a hotel through this website. After giving my credit card info I never received a confirmation email. I tried to contact them on the number indicated on their website and it was no longer in service. They took my money 5 minutes after booking. I contacted the hotel directly and they did not show a reservation for me. The reservation was never made. I have sent several emails to this company and have not received anything from them. Buyers beware!

I booked a room on 25-Jun-11 . I got immediatly the Accomodation Voucher, but after calling with the hotel
they told me, that they had never a contact to this online travel agent. Since 2 days is the website closed.
Now I must go to the police.

Hi, This time a o´nline booking for a hotel in Riga Latvia. Voucher issued and confirmation came.
But same as before, the hotel was not paid and I had to pay again.

I booked a week in Bahia Aparthotel San Antonio Ibiza half board for myself, my daughter & 3 kids, it was showing as £987 on the site. After I booked it I received confirmation and within a couple of days a payment was taken from my visa card but it was for £1, 018 - when I emailed Hotelrezervations I had a response saying the difference was due to it being paid in Turkish Lira as it was only a few pounds I left it. When I arrived in Ibiza last Wednesday 17 Aug 2011 there was no reservation, no accommodation and it was high season and everywhere was booked and those that weren't were full price - I ended up spending double and had to go to 3 different hotels in 3 different areas over the course of the week. I was very lucky to have paid by visa and got refunded by my bank for the original sum of £1018.
WHO IS THIS TURKISH BANDIT WHO OBVIOUSLY HAS NO CONSCIENCE =(
