I purchased a bridle and breast collar from them with a $75.00 down lay away. I had been in the hospital and had no reason to notify them After all the owner is a Judge to Western Shows and I had spoke to her about my medical issues at the time of purchase and was reassured that my lay away would be safe and that if by chance it was over due they would call me. Well they did call me and I spoke to an older butch lady and told her I would be there Saturday. I went in Saturday and was told the layaway was put back, and they would investigate and credit me toward my purchase. They refused to let me make a purchase that day of the same items with my layaway credit. I was told they were getting ready to close and the owner would get back to me. Never happened, after 10 phone calls and numerous emails all I can do is warn others that they do business on Ebay, Amazon, and store front sales. They have fair prices so I guess they feel that allows them to scam a customer. If you cannot trust these individuals, would you trust them judging a horse show? where they could, be bribed. Sorry to say I can never trust this company again, watch out for them at the Equine Fair at Pomona Fair Grounds In Los Angeles, Ca every year.
