honeycolor.com no product, no replies to emails or facebook post Internet

i ordered my circle lens from honeycolor.com in early november. i had ordered 4 pairs of contacts with express shipping which so that items would be shipping within 2-3 days to me. however, i never saw the products and when i checked the honeycolor.com website, its stated that it was being processed. thus, after a week, i emailed them for the first time on the status of my product. after 2 days, they still have not replied me, thus i emailed them again on the update of the status and that i would like to have a refund on the express shipping. i posted on their facebook account on the updates. (however they had just deleted it 3 weeks since i ordered and there was no updates from them. i filed a dispute from paypal and asked for refund, but honeycolour.com did not reply any of my emails. i request fro paypal to refund through the dispute.
paypal has since refunded my amount. i would advise all to not order from honeycolor.com as they do not response to buyers and they have no customer service at all.

your order was probably shipped out, but got lost. Honeycolor nor paypal can take responsibility for that because that is the post's fault. HoneyColor wouldn't know if you lost your package, that is probably why they don't answer your email because they don't know if you're trying to scam them or not. Did you get any tracking information or such???
