homeblinds using and abusing service??? silverspring, Maryland

I was window blinds shopping for my new home. I called several companies including "Homeblinds" for they offer free in home consaltant service just like many other companies. A guy name Marcus came from "Homeblinds," measured windows and show us items and gave us an estimatiton of reasonable price. I told him I would definitely call him back;however, also told him since I'm still window blind shopping, I would let him know whether I would choose his company or not to do blinds for my home. I had few more blinds company came over just like Marcus from "homeblinds." Had a FREE IN HOME CONSALTANT as well, was comparing prices and in process of making decision. Then, couple days later, this guy Marcus just call me out of blue telling me that I didn't call him back, and said I was using and abusing his service!!!! Ok! I apologize for not calling you back but I don't think it was my obligation to do that because I am the CUSTOMER and he should treat me as an individual not as whole! he also mention that a lot of people would do the same thing that I do. Well, hello??????? Were all the people that you had free estimation supposed to call you back like its a duty call? while they are your customers at first place???? I am very upset and hope this report would be used as review so people may know how unprofessional this guy Marcus and his company "Homeblinds" are. I just can't believe his been doing the business for 14years with the attitude he has.
