Received email regarding a work at home system, for $2.99 postage I would receive newsletters regarding business ideas and more info om their system. I paid postage on 7-24-11, starting receiving th worthless newsletters. In emails being sent by them was a space provided to stop senting emails. I did just that. Chalked up the $2.99 paid for postage as a learning experience. Well surprise, surprise !! I go on-line tocheck my account and what do I see... $139.99 taken out of my account for payment of their Home Income Profit Kit ! Called the toll free number 877-867-3750, confronted their " customer Service Rep" , explained the problem, and he refused to refund my money. stated That I had agreed to a contract once I ordered the newsletter. And the SOB hungup on me. Andy,, San Antonio,TX |

I had this happen to me as well...only it was $0.99...I got online today to check my account and they wiped out my account and them some!! They also charged me the 139.99! I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge and I just got off the phone with them...they are giving me a full refund, only because I had my bank on the phone! |

The same story here. Only i had not dfone anything but the 2.99 and next it was .63 and 20.94 then after stopping payment on these guys they send another charge out of no where for the 139.00 under another name. The bank has told me that putting a stop payment on these guys is a mute issue because they will change the name every time. The only recourse is to dispute the charge, put a claim in on it then get a new debit card. They will play upon that card forever. |
