This place is HORRIBLE! My husband and I ordered an sectional w/ an ottoman that was supposed to be delivered Feb. 26th we didn't receive the delivery until March 9th. When the delivery arrived it was missing our Ottoman. We called and was informed that the manager (at that time) who handled our order failed to add the ottoman WHICH WE PAID FOR. The Woman, Christina, stated that she would have the Ottoman delivered for us and apologized for the inconvenience. The earliest date was April 1st ! though i was upset, i waited. I stayed home the whole day on the 1st waiting for the delivery, when i saw it was 5pm i called to get an approximate time when the ottoman would be delivered, I was then told by the girl who answered the phone (i believe her name was natasha) that the driver has a problem and will not be able to deliver the ottoman for me ! I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold then told me that the manager was gone for day. I was furious by that point, so the young lady decided to make a delivery arrangement with my husband for the following week April 8th but guess what? the Ottoman was not get delivered that day either ! I waited 3 weeks and still no call from them to even apologize and re-schedule a delivery. Finally on May 2nd I called, spoke to Christina again, and she acted as if she had NO IDEA the ottoman was NEVER delivered to us. She told me she would have to check with the ware house manager to make sure the ottoman was still there then she would call me back. THE WHOLE DAY PASSED AND NO CALL BACK FROM HER. The following day I called again and asked to speak to a manager, and again i was told that the manager was not there. She told me that she would leave a message for the manager to call me back and for someone to call me to schedule a delivery also. Today is May 19th approximately 16 days after i spoke to Christina and i have yet to receive a call from the manager or the person whose supposed to re-schedule my delivery. Its ridiculous that i have to wait about 4 months to get a delivery that i paid for, AND THE MANAGER REFUSES TO GET ON THE PHONE TO ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy ! |
