Home Center Failure to deliver product, not refunding money for broken toilet, Internet

The whole story is up at The guys sent me $1800 worth of bathroom cabinets with the wrong shelves. Four months ago. They blame the manufacturer. I still have empty cabinets.
The toilet I ordered arrived in pieces. I sent them a photo. They said not to return it. Then I received
a dozen emails asking when I was going to return it. My request for a refund has gone unanswered.
