Holiday Inn Express uncooperative Bethany, Oklahoma

Tired of being taken advantage of by Holiday Inn Express and thier Priority Club Rewards program. Last year in May we took a family vacation to Oklahoma City to see my grandson and his wife graduate from Bible College and to be there for the birth of my first great-grandchild. We chose Holiday Inn Express in Bethany Ok. because of the reward program and free breakfast and close procimity to my grandsons location. We had 6 rooms for one week @ a group rate of 65.00 a night. I paid for over 1000 dollars of our six rooms as my part to our family trip 190.00 to each room and my room for almost 500.00 dollars. Although I have produced recipets to verify debits to my personal Credit Cards for both the hotel and the club program they continue to deny a resolution and refer me back and forth. Now when I call the club says the hotel needs to take care of it and The hotel claims it is done. So no satisfaction after months of trying. At one point the hotel said my account was being credited (you have received 5928 points on pc acct #) but my account was credited only 3250. How can they be so messed up and not get any of it right. Then recently I stayed in Seattle at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Seattle and my CC was charged (auto check out) without my 20% discount being applied to the nightly rates of 144.00 for the first night and 162.00 for the second night. I did however receive my right Priority Club Points! LOL! What a joke. Wondering if the large hotel chain is in such finacial bad shape that it has to scam there faithful and returning guest in such a way! My advice is others would be go with Choice Hotels same amenities better guet service.
