Search on the internet find HID COUNTRY the web site loock nice the presentation also ,and the price the same . But this guys are clevered they charge nothing for the KITS everybody jump in they get hooked and by by money. I have wait almost one month to have the product shipped, nothing on mail from them. I email them several time no answer, finaly I call them I talked with Jeff that is the Sale rep and he start with fare tale story that the guy who is handeling the orders payed via PayPal was fiered because he was behind with the orders and bla bla bla ,( I non`t care about that at all) After another email Geral the Owner reply to me after almost one month that my order need to be charged shipping around 19 $ even on the PayPal I put the adress in Canada not US ( that should be done after 2 days and I am resonable) On the website they say "24-7 CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES!" and just under that they have business hours "Monday - Friday : 10 AM - 5 PM
Saturday : 10 AM - 5 PM "
I the youtoube videos they say" We are # 1 leading autorised retailer in HID kits" autorised by who?
Any way I asck very ployte to cancel my order and reimburse my money via PayPal. Wait another week nothing is happening call them again and ask for Gerald the owner that I have coresponded via email Jeff the sale rep told me that Gerald is not in and they are colsed ,I asked if they are closed how come that he answered the phone? (maybe for more anaware customers to get theyr money,that is easy)Anyway Jeff told me taht my order was cancelled by Gerald . I email Gerald back but no answer so finaly I open a dispute on PayPal . For anyone interested I have all the emailswith the date and conversation. I don`t know yet if I will get my money back but my advice do not pay to this guys not a single penny they non`t worth the market (customers)will screen them out, All the best Alex
