Hessler Worldwide Thieves in guise of employer Internet |
3rd of Feb, 2013 by User977143 |
As with other reports on this site regarding Hessler Worldwide, my case demonstrates these people ripoff their employees to make their profits. They guarantee a base salary or commission based on which is higher then do not adhere to the contract and use shame and shady practices to keep employees tied into them long past the point of abuse and out and out theft. They also violate federal labor laws by not providing pay-stubs or adhering to minimum wage standards (which is all their non-exisent "base salary" is). I stuck with them for three months because I needed the job because my mom was sick and it was Christmas, but in the end only got one check that was the base salary promised and my sales where consistantly good if not above standard. I Never got a pay stub showing where the deductions they took where going or why I was only being taking home less than 150.00 dollars a week for a 40 hour work week. Don't believe a word these folks tell you you will end up paying to work for them. I cant believe Sams and BJs allows such a shady employer to use their facility to rip off hard working employees. I now work for a similar company and have been their number one sales person every week since I started (the day after I quit Hessler) and have made my base salary plus bonuses and commissions each week -it wasn't and isn't me or the nature of sales positions -its Hessler Worldwide. I want my base salary and pay-stubs or I will be contacting the labor board, Sam's and BJs and a lawyer if necessary. |

Hessler Worldwide, AKA Sharp Select Cutlery is a very poor choice for an employer... BEWARE!
They hire unsuspecting people with a promise of a weekly guarantee but what they really offer is a weekly 'loan' equal to minimum wage, and the employee is expected to pay travel expenses.
The 'good' news is, if you sell $10, 000 of their products per month, after six months you will only OWE THEM $1250.00 |

If you are looking for a job in sales, BEWARE of Hessler Worldwide, AKA Sharp Select Knives. Very poor company to work for, they will rip off your pay. |
