| I was a regular customer at Hess gas station in Brooklawn, I was there a couple of days ago getting 15 dollars in gas. when the man was done.I handed hom a 20 dollar bill. instead of giving me, my 5 dollars. he ignored me totally for about 5 minutes. I was trying to get out of there as I have an appointment to be at. I finely started yelling for him to bring my change. all this man did and throw his hands up in the air. and using a language I don't understand. and all this man could say that I could understand was I don't know as he was prancing around and throwing his hands up in the air yelling something in a differant a language. I have to say that I was so scared that I almost just drove away. thats how much this man scared me by his yelling and actions... I know this for sure..... I will never ever and I mean ever go back to a Hess gas station again! |

| This same thing happened to me there, Im 22 years old and a medical student. I used to go to hess in the mornig because the service there was great. The employees there were alaways friendly straight forward and prompt. I noticed acouple montas ago there was a new morrnig crew. These guys were not the hess emploeyyes I was used to. They were very slow and were very rude. I used to love to go there because the employees were nice and would talk to customers it was a very personable place. I didnt mind the bad service and bad attitude. But i do mind when I buy gas and expect change, and dont get it back. It was around 3-4 pm, I pulled into hess needing 15 dollars worth. I dont have the employees neame bcause they do not wear nametags anymore, He was tall with braids, He acted very strange and spoke bad engish. I saked for 15 workth of regualr SPECIFICLY. he pumped the 15 and i gave a 20 dollar bill. He then walked off I assumed to get the change. I waited 10 mintues he did not come back so I went to the window. There was a bald man inside. I asked for my money and he Pointed to the tall man. So I went and asked him and he began SCREAMING at me in some weard language. Throwing up his arms Screaming getting very close. I thought he was crazy so i went to the other man hoping for an answer and he just laughted at me. I did not know what to do. I tryed to explain it to him but he just ignored me!!! SO I left I didnt know what to do They Robbed me and acted like I was crazy. I dont know that kinda buissness hess is but I will never NEVER go there again or to any hess at that. I been trying to complain to corprate but it goes no where. Do not go to hess they will steal your money and you cant do anything about it. If it was more then 5 i would get a LAWYER. Be warned dont go to hess expecting change |
