I would like to say NEVER refer or even become a victim to this company by any means necessary. They harrass my friends and family, and call even when i do return calls to them. I have my payments due every week, and i stated to them that i set my payments for a certain day to pay and they continue to not recognize it, also they keep telling me im behind a payment and i make my payments on time every week and i did skip a payment that was due on Friday and paid it on Monday instead so they added another week saying i owed $161 ($86 a week) for a missed payment and i have my statements showing when and how my payments were made with notations to the week of payments. They argue with me and call me out of my name, also harrass my kids grandmother and told their Aunt that they were outside and they needed to send me out right now! They also call her numerous times telling her they know im there and put me on the phone now! she was so upset by them calling her at least 5-6x's a day as well as my friends. I am so tired of them and i have only had my car for 7mos now and i am so ready to take it and leave it at the dealership. They really made me feel uncomfortable when they physically came to my house and put a note in the door stating" they decided to pay me a visit because i was not returning their phone calls and to pay the $161 now!. I was really torn with that, they (Sean) the rep that calls me left a note in my door at my house!!! I felt violated and so upset! My car is not up for repo so why would you come to my house due to me not answering you! Welll that was really the last straw for me. I did contact my attorney because i shouldnt and dont need to be threatened by them or harrased in this manner. I have dealt with many creditors but they are totally ridiculous with this. They are very rude, no manners and expect you to talk to them? Why? i dont want to talk to someone who curses you and talks down to you when you are the consumer. I would like to end this contract and NEVER EVER have to deal with them!!! I did request from Sean proof of why i am a week behind but he couldnt produce it like he did that note in my door. But i keep my statements and if i have to take it to court it will!! So if you are going to get a car from Quick Auto remember you will have better chances with buying outright and not finance because they are really unfriendly people and they make your life misarable and you shouldnt have to live like this at all. Go elsewhere they are not worth it and i wish i had read complaints first before i decided to deal with them.
