| I made an order on 11-25-11 and of this date have not received my order. I have called them and they do not answer or return calls like they say. I have e-mailed them and they still do not return any e-mail. I have my reciepts where they took the money out of my account and you can not even track your order with the number they give you. I have been scammed and I want justice some how |

| I ordered a skin tag remedy from Herbal Zen Company and I am still waiting to receive it. However, my credit card has been charged. After calling the company to no avail and sending emails without any response even though they say "someone reads and answers email 24 hours a day" I have lodged a complaint and ordered a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. |

| K. Hopkins...most banks are like credit card companies anymore...I've had to dispute more than one charge and have gotten a refund with my checking account. You may have to go in and sign something but $45...hey. Seriously, good luck! |

I have just read the reports of scams, and I am embarrased to report that I have been scamed by DermaZen also. I gave them $45.45 for their product on 12/8/2011, have e mailed them, and of course, NO PRODUCT. But the money was removed from my account immediately. I really would like to know what I can do in order to either receive my product or get my money back. But most of all, get these idiots prosecuted.
