Heavenly Home Cleaning LLC Waste of money! Kansas City, Missouri

I purchased services from this cleaning company though a Living Social deal. I had scheduled 2 cleaners to arrive at 9:00 a.m. After not receiving a confirmation call, I left a voicemail at their offices the previous afternoon to make sure that we were still set. They called me at 8:00 a.m. the day of my appointment saying that they weren't sure why I had been told to expect a 9:00 arrival because they were already booked somewhere...they'd be about an hour and a half late. They arrived at about 10:50. First thing, they directed me to the fine print on my voucher stating "taxes and gratuity not included" and said that I would need to give them $23.65 for those charges. When they were unable to change out my $50, they said I could just pay the taxes of $4.65 if I wanted. That's weird - starting off with a mandatory tip amount before I was able to see what a crappy job they did? I was in the house with them for 10-15 minutes before I left to run an errand. I made sure to tell them I wanted them to focus on all the floors....carpets, stairs, tile and linoleum. One of the professionals asked 'What's linoleum?" Scary. Anyways, prior to me leaving, the cleaners must have received 3 personal cell phone calls. I felt like I had unexperienced, lazy kids in my house. They ended up leaving before I returned...I got a call from them at about 12:10 saying that they were gone. Actually, they said they were calling from Heavenly Home Cleaning and would be about an hour and a half late. I said that I already had ladies at my house and the woman on the phone said oh, that's right - we just left your house. Regardless, that was significantly less time than the 2 hours I had paid for. I literally think my house was worse off when I came back than when I left it! It seemed like they had just rearranged everything on my tables and did an inadequate dusting job. The floors were awful and my entryway still had dirt and dog hair in the corners. I live in a split level and they didn't even bother vacumning the stairs or downstairs. There was no fresh, 'clean' scent anywhere, no carpet lines, no well dusted furniture! I immediately called the office to complain. I would save your money because this company certainly did not do the job they were hired for.
