Health Resource, LLC glucosulin.com FREE 30 DAY TRIAL is NOT FREE, Internet
2nd of Dec, 2010 by User821401
Glucosulin supplement is a scam.I called the number I seen on TV late at night because I am diabetic and wanted to try this product. I asked many times if this was totally free trial and was assured that it was.
I was told that they would send me a 30 day supply to try and if I wanted any more that instructions would be with the product when it arrives so I may order more if I choose. I asked the girl MANY times that I was not signing up for any automatic mailings of the product that would be charged to me. I was assured that I was not.
I was assured all along that I was a FREE trial person and they needed my feed back as to if the product worked for me.
Now nearly 3 months later I was charged $99.96. I called and was informed that the 30 day free trial was NOT FREE. That I was allowed to use it for 30 days and if anytime in the 30 days I choose to return it THEN I would NOT be charged anything. That since I kept the 30 day FREE trial, that now I was being charged for keeping the FREE trial. That no additional mailings would be sent, but I had t pay for the original 30 day FREE trial.
How is something FREE if later you are charged.

I am a middle aged diabetic who has lost 3lbs and wanted to loose more for health reasons. I called about the free trial and was told there was a shipping fee attached. I said I thought it was free for 30 days. The girl got very short with me and ssid "nothing is for free lady". I said your ad on tv states it is free for the first 30 days. After trying to talk with her further I got frustrated and hung up. I am glad I did, now that I find out that others have been charged $99.96. I lost my job and do not have that kind of money right now. I feel the commercial has represented the product incorrectly. I think this company should be investigated for fraud to the consumers.

I agree with Hilde5 I saw the same thing on TV and they charged my husband card $131.95 and they didn't send me nothing and its been almost a month. They said they would send it within 2 weeks but got nothing. They talk all nice to you and charge you for stuff that I don't think its real its all fake. I call the toll free number and all I got is some opera classical music playing for the last hour or so, I'm getting my lawyer involve and they are in so much trouble.

lol, you guys are ill-informed about free trials. You ALWAYS pay for shipping, unless you have a coupon code. A trial is exactly that, a trial, not a free bottle with no strings attached, it is a trial. It IS free for the first 30 days which includes TWO bottles. One bottle costs $49.98. Times that by two and you get... $99.96! To quote the terms and conditions that you MUST agree to before you can order, "...With Glucosulin's 30-Day Trial Program, you will initially be charged a small shipping and handling fee of only $11.80 today. If you are enjoying the product and loving the results after 30 days, do nothing. Only then will your credit card be automatically charged 1 easy payment for the 2 bottles at just $49.98 PER bottle($99.96)..."
If you don't cancel within 30 days you will be charged as if you paid in full for your order. As far as not receiving your order on time, some manufacturers exist outside of the country and when it goes through customs, it could be intercepted and routinely sampled for illegal contraband. If you call, you can tell them you never received your package and start the trial over again and you will be sent another order. You will still only be charged $99.96.
P.S. Margocooper52309, you lost your credibility when you said, "...they didn't send me nothing..." If your grammar was better, I would assume you had enough intelligence to do enough homework before agreeing to the purchasing terms of the trial.
