On or about 3/12/2011, I ordered 2 bottles of HCG Ultra Premium drops from a company that could be found at www.flushloop.ru. The cost of the order was $79.98 which was debited from by debit card from a company called Effective Plans. On the website, the company represents Fast Shipping and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. In my thank you email, they stated they received the order and that they would notify me of shipping and that I would receive the product in 9-15 days. They make no mention that the company is based in China...which I found out later. There is no telephone number and no company address listed on the website. When I replied to the 9-15 day time frame they ignored my email. After 8 days I had not received notice of the product being shipped and no further communication. The next day, I received an email saying they could not find my order and wanted me to provide my account number. At that point, I provided the account number and asked that they cancel my order and credit my card in the amount of $79.98. I received no response and am now into the 12th day. My bank found a Canadian telephone number claiming to be customer service for this company in China. We called them together and they said they would go to the refund department and that I would receive an email in 48 hours. At the end of the 48 hours I did receive an email saying I would receive a credit in 14-20 days minus a 20% handling fee. A handling fee for a product that was never shipped. A 14-20 day time frame for a credit to my card? I doubt seriously I would ever hear from this company again and be out the cost of an intended purchase. My advice to you is to stay clear of this company. They claim 24/7 customer care but in some cases don't respond to you at all. Again, no visible phone number and the contact us section of the website, failed to respond to me. This is a complete misrepresentation of who they say they are and if this is any indication of their character, I sincerely wonder what the ingredients inside their HCG Ultra really is.
