When Mc griff transportation was sold to clayton halla and conner burns alot of changes happened. one of which was the payroll dept. Mcgriff had great people working in the payroll however once it became hb logistics all good people were gone. Wendy was in the new payroll position big mistakes were made one of which was child support payments.
she with held the amounts but DID NOT send them into the state they were to go to in a timely manner, on several accasions phone calls had to be made to her to find out why. we were told they changed the policy to sending the money from every week to every other week. she still didnt pay it right. on other accasions we were told she would check to see if the check had cleared the account or that she had forgot to do it and it would be sent on friday, it wasn't. this went on for months we called florida child support to report the issues we called dispatchers we called safety we talked to tim frasier john quick we get no help.
he has since quit hb logistics they knew about the child support issues we were having and they still refuse to tell us what they will do about it. he is now 1,689.00 behind and mr john quick informed him that they know the errors and they have the money and was going to cut a check and get it taken care of that was 2 weeks ago. when we call they are still making excuses claiming they have to call florida to find out how much they owe that was done but no money sent. john quick said they would have a meeting on friday and would call back to let us know what was going on we still have no answers. tim frasier is aware of the issues and he also refuses to call us back claiming he knows nothing of it but will find out and return our call has not happened yet.
i urge all mcgriff/hb logistics drivers to check with the state they pay to and see how far you are behind. dont rely on the fact that it is out of your check so you are not liable because you are. this company kept 2 days of his vacation pay that he was to get plus claim they didnt get paperwork on his dh miles to bring his truck back to cullman because they sold it while he was comeing to vance from texas. drivers please check your child support history to make sure it is being paid
