Hawaiian Travel LLC Paul M Kramer Services Not Rendered for 39 passengers to the mainland Kahului, Hawaii

Our family of 39 planned a big trip to Disney Land and Vegas 7 months in advance with Hawaiian Travel from a man name Paul Kramer. He gave us our contract by February 8, 2011 stating all of our information for deposits, balances, group rates, and due dates. He also received a spread sheet from me with the names and birth dates of all of our passengers. We have all of our receipts confirming our payments. Paul Kramer received all passenger information and payment to book our flights by July 27th 2011. Today is Tuesday September 21, 11 and Mr. Paul Kramer has advised usthat our flights have not been booked and that there is no way that he will be able to book our flight to Disney Land and Vegas. We planned this trip for over a year. We have hotel, shuttle, food reservations, etc. As of today, he is now trying to book our family in 5 different flights. This is making it extremely hard for our family because we have a wide range of ages starting from 9 months to 72 years old. He is now trying to split the group entirely. Our kids still have school and exams to take prior to leaving on Sept. 28. So now we are middle of making arrangements with our work and school. Originally we were all set on a 900pm flight on the 28th of September. Now we have no idea if we are even leaving. We are emotionally destruct and stressed that our BIG family trip is now destroyed by a simple flight reservation that was not made by Paul Kramer.
