Haines@Krieger Loan Mod. LLC They took my money and promised me I have a 100% loan mod. guarntee. now after 17 months we are apt to lose our home.

First off when we retained Haines & Kreiger we were guarenteed a 100 percent success rate for loan mods, so we retained them, relying on the honesty of the lawyers we retained. Dumb on our part maybe but if you can't trust the lawyer you retain then I'am not sure who we can trust. My husband & I bought our house 5 years ago when my husband was making $4000 a month & I making &2200 a month but four years ago my husband had his first surgery, a triple disc replacement in his neck, was able to work for one more year and ended up with a lower back surgery, could not work for the following year due to healing & when he was ready to head back to work he was told he needed another back surgery & now has been rendered 100% disabled so now we are down to my income of $2200 a month. I have called the offices of haines & Kreiger numerous times to no avail. I have lost all faith in this law firm & I' am not sure where to turn for help. You would think after serving 8 years in the service, as my husband did, there would be more help out there to support the true blue hard working American. BBB will be the next step& then the States Attorney generals Office, the Bar association also to the Sentor. Also if seem pretty fishy that 17 months ago they do not have a realty office and know they have one in their name in the same building. It sounds to me like they are capalitzing on the loses of they hard working American people by taking our money and our homes and living the good life when we are either living on the street or in our cars if we do not have to sell them to beable to buy a tent to live in. This sounds like what is happening in Floorida.
