Gregg Luce Gregg Scott, Greg Scott, Greg Luce Embezzled hundreds of thousands from shareholders in Ponzi scheme - Millennium III, Inc. Flagstaff, Scot
25th of Jun, 2011 by User765750
As CEO of Washington State registered corporation, Millennium III, Inc., an IT startup, Gregg Scott Luce embezzled hundreds of thousands from investors. Has been investigated by attorneys general offices in two states for investor fraud. After being exposed and unable to attract new investors in Washington State, Luce relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona, and registered Millennium III in that state as a foreign corporation. He bilked more investors in Arizona before being sued by former business partner, Kurtis P. Graham. Luce had misrepresented Graham's Arizona real estate holdings as his own in order to leverage business loans. As former intellectual property counsel for Millennium III, I am submitting this report as a public service. Time Line: February 18, 1994 - Millennium III, Inc. ("MIII") date of incorporation - Washington State Corporations Division. 2002: Under provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Millennium III IP attorney, Jason Kays, exposed MIII to shareholders as a Ponzi scheme. MIII ceases business in Washington State. CEO Luce relocated to Arizona and perpetuated similar fraud. September 22, 2004 - MIII IP attorney, Jason Kays, is awarded $30,532.70 in unpaid legal fees. July 21, 2005 - Attorneys General offices in Washington and Arizona states commence shareholder fraud investigations against Gregg Scott Luce. 2004 - 2008: Luce operated the website, "TheWoodShedAZ.com" while based in Flagstaff, Arizona. Luce chased after various joint venturesby collateralizing investments using the Flagstaff property owned by Kurtis P. Graham. These ventures ranged from executive retreats to spacetourism. May 2008 - February 2009: Luce operated out of Santa Fe, NM. He conned several scientists and businessmen into believing he could help fund their new digital rights technology. As part of this con, he duped an innocent investor out of $75,000 USD. Rather than port the money into the DRM venture as he claimed, Luce pocketed the cash and ran from Santa Fe to LA. March 2009 - Present: Luce has morphed from self-proclaimed Internet guru to New Age, spiritual guru and entrepreneur. He now claims to be involved with everything from gene splicing to inventing Rock Game for Microsoft's Xbox. He also boasts of owning a bank and the ability to "come up with 7.5 billion in cash" for the "right project."
