Green Hill Apartments Greenhill apartments scam! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! LOUD,OLD BUILDINGS, BAD ROADS, RUDE STAFF,DIRTY,UNSAFE!! farmington hills, Mich

My wife and i recently moved in to green hill and have regreted our decision since day 1. We were told the apartments were quiet and we wouldnt really hear our neighbors. Our neighbors are not kids or teenagers they're adults like us and dont listen to music loud or yell or anything its just we hear them talking, going to the bathroom, hear them do the dishes, hear them walk around hear them doing EVERYTHING ok you know what i mean. Not to mention i can hear their conversations CLEARLY. Being that were paying over 800.00/ month were pretty upset were hearing them everyday were home and all day and night until we go to sleep. The office staff is rude. They are nice when they want your money and when you're moving in but after that good luck getting anything fixed or if you have a complaint they might just tell you to deal with it or fix it yourself being they know it takes WEEKS nearly every time you need anything fixed or replaced. Also i was told i would have a new dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, still have not gotten either one of those after 5 months. The appliances in the 800.00/month + apartment are over 20 years old. And the clothes wash machine has backed up and flooded twice. A little over a month ago some one was murdered a couple buildings away from us. Thats always nice to tell the friends and relatives. The roads in the complex are terrible. I had a bad spider problem and reported it numerous times. The office girls say the apartment was sprayed twice but i cant tell one bit, all i find is live spiders everywhere! We got an apartment with a "view". This "view" is nothing more than a tree line which were paying ALOT extra for. Its like green hill looks nice from the outside while your cars bumping around on the awful road but you DONT KNOW WHAT YOU"RE GETTING UNTIL YOU MOVE IN. Green hill likes to say they're nice apartments and from the street they really dont look bad. Its not until you move in that you realize you've been duped. The paper thin walls, windows that are 30 years old and you feel the breeze in winter. Bad roads, mediocre pool and facilities. Rude staff, I mean WE HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!! IF YOU WANT A NICE APARTMENT WITH NICE PEOPLE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! WORST PLACE WEVE EVER LIVED!!!
