We hired Green Energy Home Improvement to blow in "dense pack" insulation in our condo unit's ceiling. The first disgusting thing we discovered is their employees STOLE from us. They stole some very important and special family heirlooms and there is absolutely no question that it was their employees who committed the act. Upon speaking with the Policy we learned all employees that entered my home had criminal records AND one of them actually had a warrant out for their arrest at the time they were in home. The company does not do background checks on their employees and hired know criminals! Upon this horrible discovery we decided to examine the work more closely - we drilled several additional holes in our ceiling. What we discovered is there is nothing dense about the insulation installed. Some holes revealed very loosely packed insulation and others revealed absolutely NO INSULATION was installed. We called the President, Rich Bayer, to discuss the poor quality of the work. He scheduled a time to review the work and then he never showed up. Nice customer service, huh! In hiring this company we are now have the police involved in our lives, were robbed and will never see these very personal heirloom items again AND don't even have the insulation we hired them to complete! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
