Rude empolyees and wont let me cancel

I had recieved a phone call from this company and for some reason I agreed to getting a mazginze subcription. It sounded like a good deal and when i agreed to a specific date to do payments on it was not what i agreed to. I got off the phone with the company and went onto my on line banking to check something out and saw they had already tried to take money out of my account, a few weeks before they were scheduled to. I tried calling the number they gave me to cancel and it didnt work. Then I tried to google the company to get another number and the numbers i found on line did not work either. I recieved a phone call from them today (10/14/11) telling me that if i dont pay them they will send my bill to collections. I tried to tell them that I tried to call and cancel but none of the numbers worked. They argueed with me and told me that i had to pay or that my credit will be ruined. I argueed with 2 seperate people and both were extremely rude one i rememeber his name (Alex). The first person raised their voice at me and yelled at me a lot. The second person Alex hung up the phone on me after screaming at me and told me there was nothing I could do that I owed them a little over 700 dollars for magazines i never even recived. That i had to pay for the months that i committed to and that they were going to send my bill to collections. I do not know what to do and how to fix this.... I am not empolyed right now and have no way to pay them and do not want to pay a company that is a scam. This company needs to be shut down and stop calling people and ripping off young college students.

Hey im in the same position as you. They're harrassing me and all too. I need help. Please tell me what to do. I've already cancelled my debit card so they cant take out from my account. But they're still harrassing me to pay off the rest of the $900 on a account for magazines i cant cancel wtf.
