In these times of economic hardship everyone is trying to find a legal way to help make their financial burdens a little easier to bear. I guess that was what i thought before i had the bright idea to try to apply for some kind of grant assitance. Enter "GRANT ASSIST". What a joke and nightmare it turned into. On their main page ia a picture of some so called fireman with his family holding up a check for over $12K all because he paid $2.97 to get a CD with grant information ..... RIGHT !!!!!! The site promised the disc would arrive within a few days to help aid in the process , STILL WAITING. On the 06/06/2011 more than a week after this so called grant material should have arrived i noticed that said company was debiting my account for all kind of membership fees and bank charges. Naturally i was incensed and called my bank to cancel my debit card,then i called Grant Assist to find out what the hack was going on. Well ...enter Danielle # 161 who claimed to be a supervisor. Not only was she extremely RUDE and very un-professional she also told me to involve the police,my bank or anyone else she would not be refunding my money even though i had not benefitted from any "goods",or "services" they offer. I am still in conflict with them because i am determined to get my money back. SHAME ON YOU GRANT ASSIST AND ALL WHO CLAIM TO REPRESENT YOUR ORGANIZATION. How do you all live with yourselves? GO WORK FOR WENDY'S,CLEAN THE STREETS BUT STOP SCREWING WITH PEOPLE'S LIMIITED RESOURCES.
