Diane Gerrish cannot stand the fact that I have power of attorney for our mother's affairs because Diane wants it for herself. Diane doesn't want to take care of our mother, Diane only wants our mom's pension money because Diane's puppy sales are way down and she is desperate for money.

As I stated previously, I have not seen my sister Diane for well over thirty years and yet, she constantly harasses me and stalks my every move online. Diane has posted numerous blogs online and filled them with my personal information, my son's personal information and yesterday she posted one of my friend's personal information, a person Diane has never met, doesn't know anything about. Diane posted a 'warning' to my friend telling him all sorts of erroneous things about me. For not seeing each other in over thirty years, my sister doesn't know enough about me to 'warn' anyone about me.

When my friend saw his name in Diane's blog, he was very angry about it as anyone would be. He called her on the phone and asked her nicely to remove his name. Instead of Diane removing his name and personal information, she added even more slander. My friend tried to be nice to Diane on the phone but I could hear her raising her voice to him telling him how she feels about me. My friend told her he doesn't want to be in the middle of this family feud and he wants Diane to remove his name from the blog. She refused.

Instead of removing his name, mentioning his friends and family that she doesn't know, Diane made things worse by adding more and more to her horrible blog. Not only that, Diane has called my friend's cell phone number several times but my friend didn't answer. He told me the next time she calls, he will answer and if she calls a total amount of four times, it's considered harassment and he is turning it over to the sheriff's department.

There is no reason in this world why my sister posted my friend's name, his family and friends information in her nasty, slanderous blog about me.

For my sister to behave this way, slandering, harassing and stalking me online and now my friend, is not only against the law, it is extremely inappropriate for a business owner or anyone else for that matter. This woman wonders why her puppy sales are down and she can't seem to understand that it's because everyone in the entire world is reading her horrible blogs and finding out exactly what a nasty, horrible, unstable person she is. Why would anyone want to do business with this insane woman? If she treats her own family the way she has been doing for years, imagine how she treats her customers! I have read many negative reviews about Diane Gerrish from people who contacted her to ask questions about purchasing puppies from Diane. Every person said that Diane was rude, nasty and hateful to them on the phone. Each time someone asked Diane a question about a puppy, Diane hatefully told them to go to her website for the answers.

Diane Gerrish also makes it clear on her website that she does not allow anyone on her property to see her dogs and the puppies she is selling. Even when someone calls her on the phone and asks nicely if they can come over to see where the puppies were born, to see the kennels, to see the parents of the puppies, Diane tells them she doesn't allow it.

For Diane Gerrish to refuse a potential buyer to see her kennels raises a huge red flag. Everyone wants to know what the problem is. WHY isn't anyone allowed on Diane's property? What is she hiding? She must be hiding something because any reputable breeder would never refuse anyone from seeing the kennels. Does this mean that Diane is running a puppy mill? Does this mean that Diane is running a back yard breeding operation? What exactly does it mean?

When I read Diane's slanderous, hate-filled, accusatory blogs about me every other day, it tells me that this woman hates herself, hates her life, and she gets a kick out of bashing and trashing me and anyone else she doesn't like.

The only site on the Internet Diane is allowed to post her slander is on Blogspot.com. I have had every one of her many nasty blogs removed from MySpace and many other sites but Blogspot.com requires a court order to have blogs removed. They claim that everyone has a right to freedom of speech. The only things Blogspot.com will not tolerate is someone impersonating another person, child porn, etc. The site doesn't care about slanderous postings.
I completely understand freedom of speech but I feel this site needs to draw the line when it comes to slanderous blogs and hate speech. Because Diane Gerrish is running a 'business', I have once again reported her here so that everyone can see what kind of a mean spirited, hateful, nasty, vengeful person she is. No one in their right mind should ever do business with her and if they do, they only have themselves to blame.
