Hopefully by now everyone who has done a search for Diane aka "Dee" Gerris of Goldendoodle World has stumbled upon this site. This woman has blogged about me continuously using every type of slander, name calling, false accusations, harassment, defamation of character, bashing and trashing of every kind including physical threats that I have reported to the sheriff's office in her county. She continues to this very day to stalk me online. Why? I have no idea other than the fact that she is a mentally unstable individual. Diane Gerrish is now stating in her blogs that every complaint ever posted about her was written by me. This is absolutely not true. I sent her an email and told her stop accusing me of this. No reply of course.
Apparently, Diane Gerrish doesn't want to believe that there are people 'out there' who she has offended and she has targeted me as being 'everyone'. In my email I told her that if I have a complaint about her, she will know it came from me and no one else.
Diane even had her cousin who lives in Birmingham, AL. write a 'consumer' post in Diane's defense and her cousin also accused me of posting a complaint by someone else. I'm not sure why Diane wants to get her cousin involved in this especially since her cousin has nothing to do with Diane's dogs nor does her cousin know me.
My guess is that Diane doesn't have anyone else who is stupid enough to drag down into the mud with her other than her cousin. If her cousin had any sense at all, she would realize what Diane Gerrish is doing to her. Maybe birds of a feather stick together.
Let it be know right here and now that I am not the person from New Jersey who posted a complaint about Diane Gerrish. Diane's cousin posted several slanderous remarks about me that had to do with someone else's complaint. She even tried to connect me to that person by saying the person from New Jersey has a young daughter and I have a young grandson. How does this connect me to another person?
Diane's cousin also posted some very defamatory comments about me that she knows nothing about other than the fact that Diane Gerrish filled her head with garbage.
I know that the person who wrote the consumer post is in fact Diane's cousin because her cousin lives in Birmingham. I also noticed that her cousin used one of Diane's favorite sayings which was a dead give away. She used the phrase: "ax to grind".
Diane uses this phrase all the time and I have her blogs to prove it.
What was also strange is that her cousin posted the same thing twice as if once wasn't enough. She apparently doesn't know how to post on here and I'm sure Diane was giving her instructions by phone.
Diane's cousin doesn't even know me and I don't know her. She has no reason to post about me other than to do it for Diane because Diane has no one else who will stoop to her level. What Diane's cousin doesn't seem to understand is that by her posting slander about me especially on here, is going to reflect on her if any of her bosses and/or coworkers and friends (if she has any) see it. Diane's cousin is Faye Bircheat and she lives in Birmingham, Alabama. Faye has been Diane's 'partner in crime' from the first day Diane started slandering me on the Internet. I still have the old posts where Faye Bircheat posted as herself and wrote some garbage about me, a person she doesn't even know. Yesterday I called the Rowan county sheriff's office and reported Diane Gerrish for threatening me with physical violence. A deputy called me and told me what I need to do to get Diane Gerrish stopped once and for all. He also told me that he was going out to her trailer and talk to her about threatening me.
Diane Gerrish must think she is above the law and she also must think that it's perfectly okay to threaten me even though it's online. Diane must believe that just because her threats are on the Internet that it's okay. Diane Gerrish really needs to get a grip on reality and realize that no matter where or how she threatens to physically harm me, it is illegal. I suppose she feels 'bullet proof' just because she is sitting at her computer and not here in front of my house.
Not so. The Internet laws are getting tougher and tougher. When I read the three threats against me posted by Diane, I became very concerned because of Diane's volatile temper and the fact that she carries a gun in her car and house. I am concerned also because my elderly mother lives with me and I fear for her safety. Diane Gerrish has already sent her husband down here to my home in attempts to kidnap my mother and failed. Diane has denied this right here on this very site but not two sentences later, admits that he was indeed here and he did attempt to get my mother to get into his car with him. Two sheriff's deputies were here at my house and after my mother and I told the deputies we had no idea who Diane's husband was, never had seen him before and my mother was not about to get into his car, the deputies made Diane's husband leave.
That stunt was probably the most stupid thing Diane Gerrish has done yet. What's worse is, she didn't even ride down here with her husband. She stayed in North Carolina. Diane threatens to kick my ass and yet, she had her opportunity when she sent her husband here. Why didn't she come with him and confront me on the street?
When her husband came down here and Diane wasn't with him, I knew right then and there that Diane was nothing but a coward. All the slanderous blogging she does about me is nothing but hot air. She claims she is a "disabled veteran" in one sentence and then writes that she is going to drive to my house to kick my ass.
I told her to bring it on. Don't sing it, bring it. Don't threaten me, DO IT. People, this woman obviously has a lot of mental issues, personality disorders, poor anger management and by the looks of her ridiculous website and all the bragging that she does, she obviously failed at attempting to run a dog breeding 'business'.
It would be interesting to know exactly how many puppies she actually sold last year.
By the looks of her property, she looks like she is running a puppy mill. I don't see any evidence that she has a nice kennel at all. What is all that junk in her back yard anyway? I feel sorry for any animal that this woman owns. I hope they can find a way to escape. The bottom line here is this: Diane Gerrish, you are a nobody. You are not a reputable dog breeder. You don't even have a clean back yard. You spend all of your time blogging about me and no one else. Oh wait. I am mistaken. You blog about Charlie Sheen and you said he was your "man". Yes, I can see that the two of you have similar mental issues. You continue to use the word: "WINNING"!! just like he does.
You are so pathetic Diane. Really pathetic.
I had better not see another threat posted by you Diane. You have lost all control of yourself and you had better knock it off before you end up in handcuffs. This is your last warning. |

This content is without merit. I, Diane Gerrish, obtained a restraining order against Sandra Faye Johnson of Orlando/ Kissimmee Florida on May 16th 2011 for aggravated harassment both on and off the internet. This content has been posted upon this website to continue a smear campaign by Mrs. Johnson and it will be bringing this content to the judge's attention since I was not aware she had posted this content upon this website.
I have asked the owner of this website to delete this content because the content is fabricated by Sandra Faye Johnson and is merely another attempt of furthering her smear campaign against me as a private breeder. |
