My wife and I are in foreclosure and recently hired a company called GMK Solutions. gmk is forensic audit company that reviews and dissects your original mortgage loan documents in order to see if there are any violations in your paperwork. The company money back guarantee policy is if they find any violations or otherwise discrepancies, so to speak, is that your money would be returned, minus a $75.00 processing fee. Gmk did not find any violations in our loan documents and will not honor the refund policy which is in their contract. We have tried almost everything trying to get our money refunded. My wife and I did not really have the money to start with, but, we were desperate to try and find a way for our bank to come down on the mortgage payments having tried most other resources for help. So, you see Gmk Solutions owes us $900.00. We feel GMK took advantage of us as they knew we were in pre-foreclosure, and their place of business is not in the same state that we reside in. We will keep pursuing this illegal business practice until hopefully it is resolved.
