On January 31 @6:48 pm, I contacted a Mrs. Mable Gacia about a Yorkie Puppy she was trying to adopt out. When she emailed me back her name had changed to Jasmine Gacia and she had two Yorkie Puppy's a girl named Lucia and a boy named Max.The cost would be $300 for one and $500 for both to be shiped through Global Pet Transportational Cargo. A few days went by with her emailing me and texting my phone with information about the puppys.I told her we would try and purchase both of them but after talking with my fiancee we decided that we would get only one of the puppys and that would be the girl for $300. I got on the phone and text Mrs. Jasmine Gacia and told her we would only get one and that would be the girl. She replyed by saying she would set up the reservation and check my email for the conformation and directions on how to go about sending the money. I later checked my email and the information was up so I discused the information with my fiancee and we decided to go ahead with this. We went to the western union and payed the money, while we were at the western union we recieved a phone call from a David Goodman stating that the Tanaka C. Brown that was suppose to recieve the money was out on leave so instead send it to a Mr. Fred Jones. This was done then I returned home while still on the phone with this Mr. David Goodman who claimed he was processing the paper work for the puppy to be shiped. While on the phone with Mr. Goodman he asked me to change the name on the transaction once again because Mr. Fred Jones was having a problem with getting the money. After the transcation was changed over to a Valarie Hagins he told me that he was so sorry but it would be an extra $400 because the puppy needed a crate and a pink slip for a shot. When I told him that we did not have an extra $400 he then said he would help us out and pay $200 down on it. Then it changed to $150. When enough was a enough and we decided to ask for our money back the games started with the hanging up of the phone, the nasty comments about taking us to court for puppy mistreatment, and it would cost $800 to get back the $300 we had spent from the begin. Up until this day there is still no money or no puppy. |
