My family and I were looking for puppys online, we found an ad stating "free beagle puppies". Later than I had wrote an email to this person and he sounded like a very nice guy. He wanted his puppys to have a good home, his wife died in a surgery and he was simply to busy to watch over the dogs. These puppies were registered and had all there vaccanations all I need to pay was $275 which was for the shipping. Later than he told me he had already took the puppy to the pet courier and they were going to contact me. I received an email about this puppy, it had the registration number and everything the dog came with. I made a payment to them, and it was under another mans name he lived in Limbe, Cameroon. I never recieved my puppy, plus I sent $300 for insurance which was for the puppy. I was very upset when they called me this morning saying that the puppy needed a city permit, and the cost was $2887. I was very upset and still am, this puppy was for my kids and I was so excited to see my kids expressions when they would see this puppy. The pet courier still calls me waiting to recieve the payment at the moment. I simply fell in fraud, its very dissapointing . Never thought people would be so cold hearted, it was just to good to be true.
