| In the month of April I went to Glamour Shots in Florida Mall to take some communion pictures of myself. I had a flyer from Glamour Shoots stating that they had a special for $ 155 which at the time I felt that I would like to schedule a session with them so I called and they asked for a 20 dollar deposit which I gave they told me that I must bring 3 outfits and I explained to them that I only want to take pictures with my communion dress but they said that I needed to bring them so I did,once I arrived at 1pm they did my makeup and took pictures of me and told me to change to outfits and that I need to hurry up as other customers are coming so I did as I was told when the shoot is over they take me to their office and show me the picture, I was not very please with many of them but was interested in the ones that showed my holy communion dress, the Manager by the name of Yoanka told me that she can sell me a package for $ 3000 dollars and I told her I cannot afford that as I am disabled and do not work she said that why did a come to Glamour Shoots thinking that there the best of the best and that I how much did I think I was going to spend, at that point I showed her the flyer that I had in hand where it stated for $ 155 you can have a photosession she said that I read that wrong. I told her that I would like to purchase the CD with my images and she said that I couldnt unless I bought her $ 3000 package and that they have financing, I told her that the money will still have to be paid with or without financing and that I cannot afford it as I do not work it was at that point 6 hours into the store and wanted to leave but I had not transportation until my husband arrived to pick me up when he came in and saw what she was doing he said that we need to leave and she igonored him and he stepped out frustrated with the situation and she started typing all my personal information and asking me for my social, and birthdate and said she was going to do something special for me as she realizes that my husband is jealous and that memories are forever and I need to remember what I looked like when I was 53 but I told her that I cannot afford that price she said that I had 6 months to pay, but I told her I could not she said ok I know you only want the CD so I will have to sell you some picture and I can give you a discount and lower it down to 866, at that point I was hunger, tired, did not have my medication, was dizzy of all the running around and going back and forth pleading with her so to get out of there I said ok signed everything and left. I feel violated as a human being I did not know I was walking into an 8 hour death trap, They did not have a gun to my head but it sure felt like it. |

| Almost the same thing happened to me in Austin, TX. I finally picked one photo which they said they would have to send out to a special lab to be enhanced. I told them I knew it didn't cost over $250 to enhance a photo and that I couldn't understand why they would have to send it off somewhere and take 5 days to do it. I finally agreed. I went in to pick up the CD with my photo on it and the CD was blank! They agreed to e-mail the photo to me. They did and it wasn't enhanced or even cropped. They agree to do what I asked and I got it by e-mail the next day. Obviously they didn't send it off to get it done. |
