Get It Free Choice Green Coffee ; Weight Loss??? The only loss is MONEY Salt Lake City, Utah |

On January 17, 2013, I received an e-mail from GETITFREE.com about a trial offer of Green Coffee Bean Extract, for the nominal fee of $4.99 to cover postage and processing fees. The product was post-marked January 21, 2013 and arrived on January 23, 2013 with only the bottle in the envelope, no packing slip or invoice of any kind, which I thought rather odd, since there was 100% satisfied clause. I grew suspicious and while researching, learned that if the trial order was not canceled in 12 days, I would receive an “auto-shipment” at a cost of $89.95. I am well within my 12 day deadline and I have made numerous attempts to cancel any future auto-shipments IMMEDIATELY. However, due to the lack of a packing slip and invoice, I do not have an ORDER NUMBER for the Choice Green Coffee Bean Extract customer service representative to reference. I am STILL trying to get this taken care of as I do NOT wish for further shipments of this product. Please Note: The 12-day Trial Offer deadline is not mentioned in the sign up literature you are redirected to. You are NOT informed that there is an auto-shipment (if not canceled within the 12 day trial period) in the amount of $89.95. At no time during the sign up process are you informed that this was only a trial or that you MUST cancel within a specific time period. Had this been made known to me up front I would NOT have ordered it to begin with. Another misleading advertisement using Dr Oz's name allowing the general public the believe that Dr. Oz is affiliated and/or endorsing this product. When I called the customer service numbers listed on Choice Green Coffee's web site at (1-855-946-1060/888-241-0110). After remaining on hold for what seemed like forever, the customer service representative I spoke with couldn't find any information regarding my order because I didn't have an order number. |
