Georgian Manor Resort & Timeshare
Lying
8th of Nov, 2011 by Barbara Knowles
A Frank Roma phoned me last night and told me he had sold our Georgian Manor Timeshare for $65,000.00 and the buyer had put $20,000.00 in Mutual Holdings, 8275 S.Eastern Ave., Las Vegas NV 89123 and we needed to put $2000.00 in to complete the deal. He told me it took nine months to sell but economy was the reason it took so long to sell. He gave me a Conf. # DEL-381.
He said our deal would close Nov. 29th and we would get a cheque for $65,000.00 plus our $2,000.00 deposit.
He is sending Fed. Ex. to come and pick up the cheque between 8-1 on Nov. 8th and he will phone me tonight for the tracking number. He also told me Credit cards were illegal and he needed a cheque or a bank draft.

Too good to be true. I keep track of every timeshare company who tries to sell our timeshare and I have no record of this Corp. Getaways or a Frank Roma calling and talking to me.

Please beware of these scam artists.
