www.zazzle.com/Geekgirlunlimited is a web site using graphic designs under the guise of "gives all proceeds to charity" She takes money from unsuspecting customers and pockets the proceeds. (We base this on Mrs. Maddox being questioned about her SSI income. When questioned, she promptly added the "all proceeds go to JDRF" immediately
after reading our posts regarding this and added this to her site. We have phone SSI and they will be conducting an investigation into fraudulent SSI income with Shanda using Zazzle to seel her "designs". she is 100% on disability and is not allowed by law to generate an income without report the income to SSI. Mrs/ Maddox is also currently under investigation with a private party regarding internet harassment and libel and will soon face charges plus a civil suit including herself and others. The information posted above is nothing more than libel comments posted by disgruntled individuals, who have an issue with Mrs. Lancaster on a personal level.
I can verify that Mrs. Lancaster does give money to charity because she sent me the receipt of the exact dollar amount I had paid to her, from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and was kind enough to even put it in my name.
On a more personal level, which is obvious when they attack her disability. Mrs. Lancaster doesn't even receive money from SSI. She is also in no way under investigation harassment and libel and will not be facing charges.
Another obvious point that this is personal, is the fact she is using the last name of her husband, but hasn't legally changed it. You don't have to legally change the name, you can assume the last name of your spouse without legally changing it.
Also why post skewed and personal information about the individual. There is no need to include the exact address of this individual, not to mention state she is not married. She has a loving husband, and beautiful children. I don't if shes considered married in the courts eyes, but she would be consider common law.
This report is nothing more than an attack towards an individual by others whom she provided a witness statement against. She is not being investigated, or being charged with harassment, and is in no way a liar. |
