I ordered Tone deTox on a 30 day trial 9-8-2010. They sent it to me, but by the time it arrived I was on a vacation with my father in Arizona. I got back, it was at my residence, then the first of October I got my bank statement and they had charged the full amount 79.99 on 9-27-2011. I called them on this and stated I was sending the product back with USPS the same way they sent it to me.They offered to let me keep the product for 39.99 but I said no.
I was told they would refund me and I also went to my back and cancelled the debit card this was paid with. All this took place around 10-10-2011. Now on my 12-31-2010 statement they got hold of my bank and stated it was a good charge and disputed my cancellation and stated I had the product still. I sent it all back return receipt requested with USPS.
They thought they could wait over 2 months and get their money that way. I tried calling the number on their website and was told my account was cancelled press 3 to repeat this. I called from another number and was told they only deal with email.
These people are a ripoff and their product probably is too. DO NOT order from them and one thing I learned is never use a debit card online. I have had to cancel my old card get a new one and it still didn't keep them from getting money out of my account. I have written them asking for my money back and I have to go back to the post office to get the receipts again
