In September 2010 I "invested" 6,000,000 Philippine pesos in FXDOTCOM. This was through their agent known as "France" to me, but signs her e mails "Mary Fuller". This was on the advice of her now husband, Mike Gorse, who, at the time, was a friend of mine. All the money(my life savings. Im now retired) was for the construction of a new house. Mike Gorse knew exactly what the money was for. I made it very clear that the investment was short time, and that I would need regular monthly withdrawals, for stage payments to the contractor. He assured me that was no problem. "Just give us a few days notice". I now know that this was a blatant lie. In forex trading it's not possible to withdraw, if the money is "in a trade"??? I met "France" beginning of November 2010, and she told me that we had made a profit of $3,000US in October. I met her again beginning of December 2010, and she told me we had made a profit of $2,000US in November. Construction started in January 2011. I made various withdrawals, amounting to approx 2,000,000 pesos. I don't remember the exact dates now, (100% on trust!) but sometime in March 2011 I requested a 1,500,000 withdrawal. I got no reply. I kept e mailing and texting but still no reply. In desperation, I e mailed the Hong Kong office. Apparently they won't intervene in the Philippines operation!!! They contacted the Philippines manager, a certain "Ester Lee". I Singaporean lady. Ester Lee contacted me and said she knew nothing of the situation, but would instruct France to contact me. There was no contact. I was now desperate for answers, but nothing was forthcoming. To cut a long story short, I don't remember the time scale, but I eventually found out that there was almost nothing left in my account! ALMOST 4,000,000 PESOS LOST IN 6 MONTHS. MY GARBAGE COLLECTOR COULD HAVE MANAGED MY MONEY BETTER! When I next met France, April 11, 2011, she told me that my "balance was something like 65 or 85,000, but I couldn't get it. She used obscure phrases like "open trades", "floating losses", "need time to liquidate the position"! She advised me that my only option was to forfeit the "balance", which I reluctantly did. This left me with, I think about $6,500US. France asked me if I would like to leave that with her, as she was confident that she could make it at least $10,000. Helping me to get a LITTLE back. I foolishly agreed. August 19, 2011 I text France, "Any development? Good or bad" She eventually replied September 30, 2011, saying that she had been trading my account since our last meeting, and had made some profit, but not much. She said she would e mail me details later. But of course no e mail came, So I got back to the manager Ester Lee. She promised that she would get the details from the "principle office", and get back to me asap. Since then I have heard nothing, despite texting her again. Last week I went to. their office in Makati. It was locked! WHAT DO I DO NOW? I JUST WANT BACK, WHATEVER MONEY IS LEFT. EVEN IF IT'S $1 I WARN EVERYONE, DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE SCUM. THEY ARE CON MERCHANTS. |
