First They don't stock them in Canada they have to order them from the US EXTRA CHARGE - $25.00, ok fine I really want the labels, I agree.

Few weeks later I get a slip from the post office saying there is $24.00 owing on my delivery. Turns out this is tax collected + brokerage BUT THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME THE TAX ON MY BILL AND $25.00 SHIPPING AND HANDLING!!!

I call customer service to tell them than now I am paying $49.00 extra ($25.00 shipping and handling + $24.00 in tax I ALREADY PAID) and they tell me TOO BAD, I'll get it back at tax time!!!

Fortunately with a business they are correct, but who wants to wait, and as an individual you are out of luck.

What this company is, is a second rate drop shipper who don't even bother to fill out the paper work (i.e a receipt that the tax has ALREADY BEEN COLLECTED) and charge you $25.00 plus double your tax plus brokerage for their stupidity.

Bottom line = $49.00 in charges for a $60 item, with a tough luck attitude.
