This is what happened and what I intend to
do, not a threat but the TRUTH!
As
the salesman who sold us this service said There will be NO contract! and the
paper I did sign, I was told by serviceman; that it was ONLY for the parts they
installed.
I tried to return the items,
2 channel changers, router and one control box...4 items in total.
When
I called dish at 1-720-514-8555 and spoke to Dina (unusual name, I'm sure you know who this is!) on Dec. 20th,
2010she was very un-co-operative and
yelled at me and threatening by stating I will just remove the 263.00 from your card on file! (Without
authorization) First, we paid one month
in ADVANCE, where is that? They held
my number from being ported (move the number to the new
provider) for one full week till it entered the next billing cycle!
They also said on top of the
termination fee we are charging you $37.00 (or $555.00)
for the balance of 15 months left even though we have NO contract
On top of the termination fee of $175.00
that we do not oweeventually I asked for a supervisorand at first AFTER I explained 6 times (to Mr.
Kanyon id# GW5) we have another provider because the 2 phones worked only 50%
of the time and the internet was like having Dial-Up, a term used for very
very slow responses to web pages and videos, downloads, songs, emails and such.
Frontier.com had just thoseextremely slow speeds. Or NONE at all.
This was to be HIGH SPEED.ha.
Never
the less Mr. Kanyon ID# GW5 (at
least that is what he told me because I see on the internet the SAME ID# used?)
could NOT comprehend the situationAnd eventually I got thru to him to send THE
CONTRACT we don't have (Dina said building up what we don't owe) Then said we
don't send out billing, itemized In which I needed to see what exactly we owe,
she refused that too! Would you pay a GHOST bill?

To Mr. Kanyon It took one hour to
explain to him that a bill and signed contract would solve this all and not
over $600.00 to settle this. He said he would GET the contract (then he will
see its NOT signed because there is none unless the service man, who DID NOT
leave me a copy forgotI did
call for one and then I forgot, myself, thinking they were honest enough to
send it. Yes they lied.
Now MR. Kanyon told me everything will be fine and the return of my
money I paid up front for one month! And the exclusion of over $600.00 in feesthat Dina lied about!
This why I asked for the Contract (mine
and not a blank) and an itemized bill. I will NEVER utilize their service ever
again!!!! Even though I was being nice when they sent me surveys and I answered
nicely.
This
MUST be resolved and people like Dina
should be reprimanded for threatening me with a removal of funds from my credit
card WITHOUT authorization Frontier needs to destroy my credit card info and I demand a Letter of Destruction of my
Credit card info! THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE ANY MONEY FROM A CREDIT
CARD THEY KEPTfirst fraud and I go after them for having that available in
their office! That should have been either coded or removed.
