Friend's Pizza Cold and incorrect order with hair in food - will not refund money Lehigh Acres, Florida

My experience with Friend's Pizza was horrible to say the least. I ordered $45 worth of food. They told me it would be 25-55 minutes. About 1 hour later my food arrived. When we started to dig in to the food we noticed the pizza was warm, not fresh, and the dressing for the wings was incorrect. I called and talked to the manager and he offered me 20% off my next visit. I said that I just wanted my money back for the pizza and dressings. He said he didn't know how to do that. He asked me for my name and number and said the owner would call me back by 8pm, about 2.5 hours. After I called the restaurant we sat down to eat, my wife found a hair in a piece of broccoli in her alfredo. Gross. I never received a call. The next day I called and asked to speak to the owner. The lady said she was the manager and the owner was in Boston. I told her the story and she responded with "Did you return the food?" That wasn't an option the night before, just the discount. She told me to pick it out of my trash and she would send over a driver to pick it up. After arguing for 20 minutes with her about how I felt she needed to comp my meal for how I was treated, she said she was too busy to talk and hung up the phone on me!!! I called back about 5 hours later and the manager told me she talked to the owner and I bought it so I have to eat it!!! I am SHOCKED at how they can just pick and choose who theit customers are. They must be doing extremely well. Im not sure what I can do to get my money back but hopefully enough people read this and express their concerns about this restaurant that they go out of business.
