Deceptive/does not do as contract promises

Dont get involved with Kwesi Nichols and his Fresh Start Enterprises. He does not do as he says and he will continue to charge you money as long as you will pay him. I paid him $1500 in March for business coaching. His contract states that he will meet with me once a week. This is September and I have yet to meet with him. I asked him for my money back and now he is saying that he as coached me over the phone and via text message. I have never heard of paying someone $1500 to coach you over the phone! Wow! Lesson learned! When you see this man or his business coming your way run like crazy!

I am the founder and President of Fresh Start Enterprises and these claims are simply not true. We are a well respected company and have helped 1000's of people to improve their credit through credit repair and consultation. We are certified credit repair experts and are very very good at our jobs. We have not only been doing this kind of work for a long time but plan on helping a lot more small business owners in the future. Any business relationship requires an element of trust so, while we've never charged someone in any way that's inconsistent with our agreement with them, it's never a good ideat o work with any company if you don't think you can trust them. We would never charge anybody for a fee just because we want to or feel like it. At Fresh Start we are not going to do anything unethical or that would hurt our ability to continue to grow relationships or build our business.

As for Mrs. Fauntleroy we were able to help her tremendously with her credit! We did alot of positive coaching with her as well in which she found a great deal of benefits! I am very disappointed that she did not communicate all of the benefits and rewards from both the Credit Repair and her coaching. But that is no basis for making claims like this that simply are not true.

We realize that we can't help everyone and we wish we could.
