Freelancer.com freelancer.com took my money, and when I query about this, my account got suspended - no response nomatter what Internet

I came across freelancer.com - I was in need of a small project, so I posted a job. I got bids, chose a provider, discussed everything with him. he said he needed a milestone payment in order to start the job. I immediately made the payment, and in full - not even just a milestone payment. Great. The provider didnt show - although he didnt got the money, since I have to release it, he didnt show, as agreed. Well no problem. I can just choose another provider. But I could not, because I had to file a dispute first. Mind you, the deadline for the project lapsed. Nevertheless, filed a dispute - and won against the provider - all great. Then my account was suspended. So - my problem is. I have left more than 50 messages, I tried to chat live online, I called, but no response. No response. No response. Did I just loose my money? I got mad because I got no response - I asked nicely just to respond. Everything - no response. Account suspended, money lost. Its the first time using this site. I asked paypal to revert the charge. The I got one response, stating that I have to explain why I asked paypal top revert the charge. And that I have to send them my ID / identification deocs etc. So, I though - well, lets try once more. So I instructed paypal to cancel the request to revert. So I though me and freelancer.com can sort the issue. But after I canceled the request with paypal - the same story over again. No response, no response, no response. I am not prepared to loose this money. My point is, I did my part, I paid right away in full. No complains. Freelancer.com can do the least and just responded. I am not interested in anything other than just getting my money back. I left countless messages, to please just respond - nothing. So they just take the money and thats it? That is stealing according to me. I want my money back - thats it. I gave them time, I asked then nicely, I fight because its so frustrating not to get a response after they took my money - nut all is just a dead end.
