FRED JOSEPH is a THIEF - A LIAR - A Con Artist who takes your money and produces " nothing" but B.S, plain and Simple. He claims he can get Social scurity numbers and locate Bank Accounts . He is a LIAR and a thief. He claims in his SELF GENERATED reports to his victims that there is no bank account after his so called lengthy , exhausted serches. He claims to use an outside service. We found out he does not have any sources to search through. It is very-very-very difficult to get Bank Account information and Social Security numbers since 9 / 11. You need a judge to signed document to get Bank Account information. I have dealt with numerous real licensed Private Investigators and each of them have stated it is 99% iMPOSSIBLE to get this information. We also found out Fred Joseph has NO Private Investigatoprs Luicense that he claims to have. He has numerous IRS CLAIMS and State Claims against him. Thi is in Court Records for everyone to see. It is PUBLIC INFORMATION. It was also found out that there are complaints against him and his company NATIONWIDE. We also found out through our investigation that FRED JOSEPH and his company had complaints remitted against them to the Sherriff's Department, but it was later found out that the investigating Officer never did any investigations because he claimed it was sent to the WRONG Department at the WRONG address. So, the complaints sat in his desk. Internal Affairs was notified of this so called oversight. There is and has been a Criminal Investyigation going on in BROWARD COUNTY the past two years with internal Departments into Fred Joseph and his companies. Recently our Investigations Team was contacted by a female who was contacted by The Broward County Sherriff's Department. According to sources, for the past two years the Broward County Authorities have continued to gather information which will be sent to a Grand Jury regarding these NATIONWIDE thefts. According to sources, they want to bring formal charges against Mr. Joseph and are hoping for JAIL TIME as well.
