on 9-4-2011 i had posted an ad on craigslist looking for a truckload of log length firewood and frank replied with an email stating that he could supply me a truckload of about 9-10 cords of tree length oak for $700.00 and asked for my phone number and i gave it to him in an email . he called me the next day and i missed his call and he left me a voice message so i called him. he wanted a deposit in cash of at least half of the $700.00. i was kinda reluctant to send it in cash but gave in and mailed him 3-$100.00 bills and 1-$50.00 bill but before i did i wrote all the serial numbers down from them. i sent the money in an envelope addressed to him by means of first class mail with a tracking number and required a proof of signiture. in our last email conversation he said he would call me when he recieved the money and we would go from there. he recieved the money on wednesday the 14th of september and i have not heard from him since. i have an email confirmation from the post office and a copy of his signiture from them to prove he recieved the money. i have since sent him emails to all his personal and business email addresses and have also called all his contact phone numbers and left messages many times. i have also sent him a text message informing him i was going to file a complaint for fraud and contact the authorities if he didnt deliver the wood or refund my money. to date (9-19-2011) i have not heard back from him.
