Francois Vision Francois Legagneur PREYS ON INSPIRING MODELS Queens, NYC, New York |
3rd of Dec, 2011 by User698974 |
Francois Vision, Francois Legagneur is a fake and very unprofessional photographer. I was an aspiring models, I attended Barbizon School for Modeling. I met him in Brookly, N.Y. When I met him he told me that he was a professional photographer and gave me the WEknowtv business card. He then took me to a "studio"/empty apartment located on the corner of Lafayette Street between Throop Avenue and Marcus Garvey. He took profile photos of me and told me that he would call me soon. When he did we met up again this time in Manhattan near 34th street. We went to a couple of studios with other photographers and models, which gave me the impression that he was a well known photographer like he said. I did research on him but I didn't find any ripoff or scam reports since this happened in 2009. The next time we met he took me on the E train to his apartment in Kew Gardens,Queens. When we go there he asked to take measurements of me and asked me if i could undress. I was very uncomfortable but I on got semi-nude. He grabbed my breast, hips and thighs in very inappropriate ways. I got dressed and he then offered me a glass of wine as we were talking about the business. I refused since I was underage at the time and I am still not much of a drinker. He then told me that he was a big deal and that getting into the industry required a lot of work and favors. In favors he meant "sexual favors". He then asked me, 17 years old at the time, to perform oral sex on him. In a panic, I refused and he he told me to just relax and that many people in the industry would ask for these kinds of things. I told him that I wanted to leave and he walked me to the Q46 Bus stop on Main Street. Going home that day I felt the most manipulated I have ever felt in my life. I just wanted to make sure that I try to help other girls that are inspiring models. My dream was crushed by this man and I want to prevent someone else dream from being crushed too. If anyone feels the need to claim that these are false accusations go ahead but I know what happened and he knows what he does to these girls as well. I am just trying to warn girls who may be aspiring models, or women who have daughter aspiring to be models. Also, you don't pay to be a model, people pay you, so watch out for people wanting money and scamming you with unprofessional photography. |

I don't usually reply to nonsense but I have to get the record straight...
I know you reading this so I will be as proper as possible... Number 1.
You need to stop your nonsense you say I am a ripp off and a scam..
How can I scam someone who have nothing to offer.
When I met you, you told me that you was interested to get into modeling and
you have no money. I understand at the time that your parent wasn't financially there
but I did agree to help you by helping me promoting the studio that I have in Brooklyn
we had an agreement that you will pass some flyer for me and I will give
you 3 looks for your portfolio and a list of agency referral which I did.
So I trust you... Like You told me that you pass the flyer and I got a phone
call from a stranger who saw you trash all the flyer in front of his store
and when I ask you. You kept lying to me so I blacklist you
So now after 2 yrs .. you online spitting venine after I trust you with my studio key...
Number 2: I don't work with underage so once again you still lying.
Number 3 if I groap you and tell you to suck on why in the world you gonna wait to 2 yrs
later and try to pop shit online like I'm a fucking perve. how dare you...
I never give you a We Know Tv card beacause I wasn't the one who scout you in the street.
so Stop your Nonsense because
the Universe don't like when you being negative to a god creature right...
Comma is a motherfuckas so stopped now before you really do get hurt...
I notice when I met you, you was a disturbing child and I was still try to help you.
If you looking for money I hear they welfare line give $ 83 bi-weekly when u enroll with them..
One last thing I only brought you to the queens models apartment
because you say you was going to a city shelter and someone in your family
been touching you the wrong way eversince you was a baby..
I hate to put your business out there but you did it to yourself...
Any models that work with me in the past for high fashion that lie about the size,
sometime I do take their measurement especially when they don't look their dress size..
Me touching you an appropriate is a NO NO NO. Frenkly I don't care for it bc they all look the same.
Beat up or Used up...
For example you say your dress size is 0-2.. when you are size 10- 14...
I don't think you should lye about your size and if you not happy with your figure
simply join Lucille and Robert... |

I Am a former client and employee of Mr.Francois Legagneur and i can ensure you that these accusations above are FALSE! . Francois did not display any unprofessional conduct with his models/clients. He did not touch his model inappropriately nor make sexual innuendos. the following accusations were filled by a Jealous and Upset client who got what she was promised (photos, prints) but wanted more, As most humans always want more. I have also woked as Mr.legagneurs Assistant and have first hand witnessed The Fake accusations, Sexual requests (from clients to legagneur which were denied) as well as Other employess who have also worked for WEKNOWTV, Francois company who have
gossiped fake stories after they though that they deserved more (better pay) Although most of the work done is unpaid and the employees knew that from the start!! I can firmly assure you that Francois is a good man and this are wrong and LIESSSS!!! |

My name is Hannah Rokes, and I have been working with Francois Vision for a while now.
Working with Francois Vision through We Know T.V. as the photographer has been an
experience. Going to different events and fashions shows, including Mercedes
Benz Fashion Week, and getting to meet many different people and being apart of
a company that works as a team has been life changing. Working with Francois
and his company I can say he has the vision, the drive, and the people who work
for him are approachable and friendly but still maintain a professionalism that
get the job done.
Francois himself
is dedicated, driven, and you can see the vision he has, and he has been able to put it into reality. He is always willing
to work with people as a team, and work through any challenges that may come
with respect to everyone. Needless to say, it has been a pleasure as well as, a
lot of fun to work for Francois Vision.
Sincerely,
Hannah Rokes |

I had the pleasure of staying at the model apartment in Queens, NY provided
through Francois Vision of WeKnowTV. The apartment was safe & secured in a
peaceful retirement like community. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable on any
of my visits. The apartment was fully furnished & also included bathroom
toiletries, cable TV, wifi & Internet access.
Anything I needed advice on in the industry, Francois provided me with. I can
honestly say I have a better outlook & clearer prospective on the fashion
industry as a model, than what I had prior to meeting Francois. When I met with
Francois in January/February 2011, I was frustrated not knowing how to revamp
myself & career as a model and I explained my frustration to him; Coming from
Maryland, a place of "promising opportunities with slim structural foundation
on how to advance & move forward outside of local work. I told him what my
vision was & how determined & willing I am to progress as a household name in the modeling industry as a Runway/Print Model.
Francois told me straight up what I needed to do & how I should go about it.
He's like a personal tutor, on call whenever you need him. Everything from my
image to helping me with my test shoot, to getting me INSIDE at Fashion Week &
watching numerous shows, I can honestly say Francois has followed through on his
word. I've even been backstage & met with designers, viewing their model
lineups, meeting with people who work behind the scenes with designers being
invited to the after parties . I mean up front access most people never have the
opportunity of being familiar with.
Recently, I signed with Flaunt Models in NYC as well as Wilhelmina of PA.
Francois helped shape me into what the industry looks for in black models. I
never had anyone other than one other person, to spend the time into molding me
into industry expectations. He would tell me what size I needed to be, what
look to go for, how to carry myself when meeting with them. Sure you learn this
through modeling school & the web but, very rare do you meet someone who is kind
& generous enough to hold your hand & say, "I will help you, don't worry... You
will make it". He's never crossed the line and touch me in an inappropriate manner or made me feel uncomfortable around him. I have new test shoot images I'm able to use because of him,
references, Fashion Week access, new agency representation, and a friend I can
call. |

During fashion week, I, Dana Kim, was given the opportunity to watch some of the most influential designer’s fashion shows. Francois Vision offered to invited me to the shows in return for inside information and pictures of the show. There was no way I was going to say no to that. It was amazing to feel the energy and the vibe of the shows. Not only does it give me the biggest smile on my face but, also the biggest happiness in my heart. Getting to see the final pieces of designers such as Richard Chai, Charlotte Ronson, and many more, was very exciting to see it happen right in front of my eyes. I didn’t simply attend the shows; I was one of the photographers. My job was to capture every moment of fashion week starting off from the main lounge area. The lounge area was filled with flamboyant, glamorous, fun, and interesting people. I got to observe and take pictures of people who looked unique and that grabbed my attention. After taking pictures of the collections of designers’, I quickly went backstage to see the whole process. The images of models in their outfits on a board to the designer’s publicity at the end was truly inspiring. As a fashion design major at Fashion Institute of Design, I am truly obsessed and so passionate about it that the feeling of being able to be apart of fashion week leaves me breathless. Fashion week is always so packed and filled with excitement that it would too good to pass out on. Overall, It was an amazing and a breathtaking experience.
