Avoid this, and all other mortgage brokers, who will devalue your home by way of apprasiers instructed to do so. Assuring you ( false claim ) that you will be approved for a refi based upon your last year's appraisal ( blatant lie ). You are wasting your time and money, these are mortgage opportunists, looking to underwrite/mortgage a property at half its true worth...major protection for them, and a major deceit to you, and will take money from your credit card -while assuring you "this will come out of closing costs"...the major lie - for there will be NO closing costs, for there will be no mortgage refi. They then make money splitting proceeds with a crooked appraiser, and sell your private personal ifnormation to other mortgage brokers. Do no business with FFG, or any other fly by night mortgage broker who make false and misleading claims. Republicans have mightily resisted reforms, restraints, laws, and regulations to punish fly by night brokers like this one....but they are not in place yet, thanks to the Republicans who resist any and all form of safety for lenders. The absence of laws and regulations is precisely what bankrupted the entire world. If you vote Republican you are only guaranteed to have no safety whatever from being exploited by ruthless lenders, with no safeguards in place for borrowers. Stop all efforts to refinance immediately...with anyone.
