I cant even go into the extent at which this company has scammed hundreds of dollars out of me. They are a total scam. On numerous occasions they have charged me twice or three times for the same trip.
I also got sent a bill for $140 for an unpaid toll, that did not appear on my Flow Toll online account. I had money in my account on the day of the unpaid toll, and it was not taken out of my account. The bill was sent to my old address, even after I had updated my details with them. I received this fine from an unpaid toll in January, in early July. I had called the company numerous times to update my information, and to add more credit to my account between the months of Feb and July and this outstanding amount was never mentioned. I have also had ramdom unexplained charges taken off my account, $30.50 for 'toll adjustments'. As soon as I hooked up my credit card for automatic top ups, after discovering the fine for unpaid toll ( which I will be disputing) I checked my credit card and I had been charged over $150 over 2 days!
When I called them up to complain, they said they would have to call me back and never did. I have since taken my credit details off my account and vow never to use the toll roads again.

| I have had the same issues and constantly receive the same invoices again although I've already paid them(added with another load of extra fees for apparently not paying them in the first place). They are ridiculous and their administration fees of $18/$15/17 each time is outrageous considering they do nothing!!! They should be audited because I can guarantee you they will be found to be taking shortcuts and scamming honest tunnel users out of their hard earned money. Just because the tunnel has not brought in the money they thought it would does not give them the right to cheat people and cause the amount of stress they have for many people.. |
