FLORIDA DEPT OF REVENUE CHILDSUPPORT ENFORCEMENT DORCSE NO TRUE ENFORCEMENT TALLAHASSEE, Florida

I have my Child support case through the Florida Dept of Revenue Child Support Enforcement, and from Day 1 I have provided them with ALL necessary information on the non custodial parent who owed $41K in arrears. Went to Court on Dec 16 2010, and I dropped it to $8K, to prove to the magistrate and the state Attorneys that he still will not pay. As of May 2nd, he was behind in 2 months of support $500.00 a notice of Intent to suspend his license was issued on May 2nd giving him 20 days to pay, reply or make an agreement. As of May 22nd, (20 days after notice) still no suspension in effect, and no payment either. I even supplied my case worker with Title #, VIN# year make and model of his car which is a Black 2003 BMW. I am basically doing all their investigative work, all they have to do is ENFORCE, which is what my taxes pays for thier salary.
So basically I am paying for my Governement employees to sit on their asses and not do their job, or do their job correctly. I have written Governor Charlie Christ when he was in office and now I have written and communicated with Governor Rick Scott and State senator Marco Rubio. This is very embarrassing, that local and state agencys/Gov't Offices, have had budget cuts and let go employees. If they were to be on top of these issues, the local offices would not be overcrowded, the tollfree lines would not be so busy that it disconnects you, parents would have the financial help that is entitled to them, and the courts would not be so overwhelmed with deadbeat dads. The system needs change so, we can see the change. I am an american, florida native, Tax payer and representative of this state, and I feel I'm being swept under the rug, along with so many more mothers who are owed support, when these fathers( NOT all of them, but the majority) Lie, work under the table, do not care about their kids and take our goverment Agencies as a joke. Just so Frustrated.
