I tried to order two "FlexAble Hoses" via Email ad and link to web site. As Seen on TV is noted as sponsor of this product. Special offer of two hoses for price of one plus handling/shhipping for second hose and free spray handle for each. The order page contains some sort of error and blows up the moment the order is submitted. This leaves one with no way to check to see if the order actually went through our not; as the web site for customer services, says they can't tell you for a minimum of four hours. I called the customer service line and the person on the line had no more knowledge than the page he was reading from and claimed to have no way to find out if the order went through or not. I asked him to find someone in the organization who could trace the order in their system to find out. He only had the standard answer that I would have to wait. This leaves my credit card information floating in their system or wherever and no way to find out what happened to the order. This is unsatisfactory and now I will have to cancel the order and put a stop to that business name on the credit card account to prevent any further damage if the card number is loose.
